Odette Jury I am a Human Resources Consultant at Clarian HR with over 10 years HR experience, particularly in the private sector within New Zealand as well as Australia. My experience has predominately been in operational HR generalist roles within the banking and engineering service sectors. Prior to joining the Clarian team I was the HR Manager for a not-for-profit child cancer organisation in Australia. Since joining Clarian I have relished the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across a number of different industry sectors. The needs of each client are different and I enjoy meeting and exceeding their expectations. My background in research and psychology means I am focused on enabling businesses to get the best out of their team by developing practical HR systems and easy to follow customised processes. These allow clients to get on with what THEY do best! I also love working with managers to develop positive and enriching company cultures to develop teamwork, communication channels and staff retention. Without a doubt, all of these qualities have a direct impact on an organisation’s bottom line. Outside of Clarian I am an energetic go-getter. I am a qualified personal trainer, and meet regularly with a few individual and group fitness clients. Here I enjoy helping people achieve their goals outside of the workplace.
