Mike Fleming
Organisational Development Consultant

Michael Fleming is the organisational development consultant with Clarian Human Resources.  A senior HR professional, he brings with him 25 years of experience across a variety of business sectors including retail, energy, finance, transportation, telecommunications and the public sector.

Michael has significant experience leading HR teams and managing large scale transformation projects, linking business strategy to pragmatic solutions for successful outcomes.  This experience covers a wide variety of areas including organisational design and development, extensive team, individual and organisational change, business case development, mobilisation of project resources, reward strategies, building change capabilities, implementing learning strategies and undertaking succession planning.

His proven track record has encompassed international exposure across four continents in a variety of business’s  including BNZ, Fonterra, the Department of Corrections, Yellow Pages, AMP Financial Services, Vodafone, Zespri, and Harrods among others.

Michael’s role will see him leading business transformation, change management, HR strategy, programme management, engagement initiatives, and leadership strategies for Clarian HR’s clients through enthusiastic, relevant, and successful business approaches.

Michael is also a proud member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, New Zealand Institute of Management, Institute of Change Management (UK), and the Chartered  Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).
