Kelsey Parkes
Office Administrator

Kelsey’s role is to support the Clarian consulting team by assisting with servicing clients and to support the Director in the administration of the business.

As Office Administrator, Kelsey is engaged in all aspects of the Clarian HR team, including:

  • Initial recruitment interviews
  • Training and Development
  • Induction and Probation
  • Employee data management
  • Exit Interviews

Kelsey manages invoices and timesheets for clients. She assists Clarian’s consultants by doing external communication on behalf of clients, including telephone interviews and reference checks.

She is currently studying physiotherapy at AUT University, and has recently qualified as a fitness instructor.
