I am an experienced general manager and consultant with a pragmatic approach and the ability to use a broad range of tools and processes to achieve outcomes with clients including Myers Briggs, TMP and similar.  I have worked with the Clarian team and their clients from time to time in various capacities since 2006.

I have a distinct competency in individual and group learning and capability development and am involved as a facilitator and executive coach in a number of senior management development and leadership programmes in the corporate sector.  My personal clients include companies such as The Icehouse, IAG, The Warehouse, Fonterra and TVNZ.

My skills in coaching have also assisted leaders to become more effective in their current roles as well as preparing them for future roles.  I work with management teams to improve performance and establish foundations for growth.  Assisting in the assessment and development of capability, I work with clients to ensure capacity, structural and governance issues are addressed.
