Jenni Miller I stepped into the position of Head of Consulting People and Organisational Development, a newly established role at Clarian, from 9 years within a multi-national corporate environment, holding senior roles in Organisational Development and Learning & Development with Vodafone, both globally and here in NZ. As a senior HR professional, I have the expertise in strategic and capability development, stakeholder management and consultancy. I am a certified Trainer of NLP, facilitator and experienced coach, having designed and implemented successful leadership and management development strategies and worked with individuals at all levels of an organisation on a broad range of topics. My skill set is broad including the use of personality type questionnaires such as Myers Briggs, OPQ and others. With proven project management skills, I have delivered numerous projects very successfully at a national and global level with proven business benefits, including rolling out a global people engagement survey, a global job rotation programme, implementing a global performance management system and process, turning around a failing learning &development department and implementing a Learning Management System. I am passionate about demonstrable results and apply leading edge research in a practical way to build great outcomes for organisations.
