I am a human resources consultant at Clarian and have over 10 years HR experience, having spent a number of years working in HR consulting roles in New Zealand and latterly for Deloitte in the UK.

I have worked across public and private sectors, having experienced a variety of industries including telecommunications, oil and gas, consumer business, education, professional and financial services.

I specialise in coaching managers to lift their management capability and improve their understanding of how to achieve performance from their teams. I have also designed and delivered management development programmes that include psychometric and 360 review assessments and have demonstrated significant results in changing behaviours and improving performance.

My role at Clarian has me working with business owners as well as large corporates and multinationals by providing change management support, managing employment relations issues, and providing complete HR outsourcing services running the entire gamut of HR management.

I believe in being adaptable and easy-going – allowing me to work with a diverse line-up of clients with different work environments, cultures and across a number of different industries.

I hold an honours degree in psychology and a post-graduate diploma in human resource management.
