Belinda Bells
HR Metrics, HR ROI and Human Capital 
 

Belinda offers over 12 years experience as a Human Resource professional and, with a passion for the profession, she has grown in experience and maturity since establishing her own HR practice (Sultant’s) in 2008.

Previously, Belinda's corporate experience was spent working for many of New Zealand's large businesses mainly in the transport, postal and manufacturing sectors. During this time her experience covered both generalist and specialist disciplines up to Management level. Throughout her career, Belinda has maintained a passion and drive for demonstrating tangible value from human capital activity. She firmly believes Human Resources is an integral business function and is therefore required to maintain credibility as a valuable business partner.

This passion for demonstrating tangible value is what led to Belinda's decision to specialise in the space of the ROI (return on investment) of Human Capital. Educating HR professionals and business leaders in the measurement, analysis and significance of the human capital contribution, Belinda is also involved in supporting businesses in a generalist HR capacity.

Belinda is an active HRINZ member and volunteer for the Auckland Branch Committee overseeing the Communications portfolio. She is also a current mentor for the OMEGA Mentoring Programme.
