Managing Director, Principal Consultant
I am the founder, managing director and principal consultant at Clarian Human Resources. A veteran human resources specialist with over 19 years of experience in HR, I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) in the United Kingdom.
I have worked with all businesses from SMEs to large corporate businesses in both the UK and New Zealand. Having a strong tendency towards development and OD practices, I have developed a number of bespoke competency frameworks, leadership and management development programmes, organisational structures and been involved in numerous change management projects.
Starting from my personal consulting work in 2004, my approach (which was ahead of its time then) has now come to represent the cutting-edge in outsourced human resource functions for medium-sized to larger businesses in New Zealand.
Since forming Clarian, my role has grown to support senior executives and directorial boards on key structural decision-making; I believe in having a hands on approach when contributing to large-scale projects as an overall project manager.
