Utilising tools such as SHL, DISC, Hogan and others, we can provide an overview of the individuals’ personality, strengths, weaknesses and abilities in numerical and verbal reasoning.

• Non-psychometric capability assessments

We can understand the level of competence an individual or group of individuals has as well as the potential they may show for future development by undertaking a number of interviews of the individual from his or her peers, subordinates and managers.

• 360 degree feedback

We can tailor this automated process to suit your needs or use our standard models. We also have a 360 model specifically aimed at understanding the capability of HR Business Partners.
