We are a growing company ourselves and are looking to double our client base this year. With that, we are now looking for a full time HR Consultant to join the team who has operated as a HR Manager for at least 3-5 years, has a strong generalist background and is looking for variety and career progression.
Our close-knit team is based in our offices on the North Shore and you will work at various client sites, in the office and from home from time to time. We are looking for a full time consultant to join the team who is willing to roll their sleeves up and demonstrate their full range of capabilities.
Operating as an outsourced HR team member on day to day generalist activity, a project manager as a specialist, or a consultant to our clients, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to build long term relationships with key stakeholders and have the passion to develop the Clarian business as if it were your own. Working across a wide variety of industries and sectors, you will thrive on variety and the challenge to add value and make a difference to the bottom line as well as deliver the fundamentals in a cost efficient and proactive manner.
You are a team player in a generalist role with experience in a wide variety of HR disciplines, particularly in Employment Relations and ideally including some consultancy experience. You have the self-discipline and initiative to get the job done for your clients.
